Futapest run in Pilisszentkereszt
The village of Pilisszentkereszt and the surrounding lands was established by Hungarians in the 12th century around a Cistercian abbey. Friends Csilla and Zsolti coach children in cross country running. I went along while I was in Hungary last week. It was a welcome break from the city.

Fiji – Suva City Carnegie Library
In 1907, Andrew Carnegie donated $7,300 for the establishment of the Carnegie Library in Suva, Fiji. The library is still in operation today and I was delighted that the kind librarian allowed me to take some pictures.

Save the Children work in Kalekana, Fiji
Community health workers and kindergarten teachers work to educate children, parents and caregivers to ensure that they have nutritious meals and only drink healthy drinks at school. Community involvement in nutrition security is also carried out by helping families to grow fresh vegetables.

Time out from photographing sports
In Torun last week I took time out to photograph some children. Running around sports people to try and catch the moment is pretty similar to photographing small children who can’t keep still.
